The Fever Dream Players
The Fever Dream Players are NYC’s newest physical theater troupe. Inspired by the stylings of clowning, commedia, and puppetry, we train and perform our own original works around New York City. Our troupe is driven by three pillars:
To Teach: We aim to teach others our unique style of performance. Actors and non performers alike have gained valuable skills and insight into their own practice through participation in our workshops.
To Create: We write and perform all original content. By drawing from a variety of physical styles and disciplines, we have created a hybrid mix of performance, once described as “a handful of cartoon characters come to life.” Our players take their careers into their own hands.
To Connect: We produce a variety of events including our full length immersive cabarets, mixer events, and open mics. We set out to curate unique environments that foster connection and empower people to partake in community.

Welcome to The Dream Show: A Summer Camp Cabaret!
You are cordially invited to a night of magical performances at The Hybrid Movement Lab on July 17, 2026 at 7:00 PM.
Grab your sunblock and bugspray, we're loading up the bus and heading back to Camp Morning Star! Get ready for a summer of fun in the sun- we'll do arts and crafts, go on relaxing nature hikes, and tell spooky stories around the campfire. Maybe you'll even get a chance to show off your talents in the camp talent show, or compete in the Color War. In this immersive cabaret, you never know what's gonna happen!
Mingle with the performers and come dressed in your best camp gear! Come at 7pm to reconnect with all your camp friends before the show. Don't miss out on this unforgettable experience!
